Kiruthika's love for the culinary world started as a child when she watched the cooks in her maternal and paternal home weave magic every day in the kitchen. She watched and learnt recipes passed down over generation of cooks while she took delight in cooking delicacies from all over the world. Today , Kiruthika along with our experienced and professionaly trained chefs, manages the execution and delivery of catering for over 11,000 residents every day at Thriveni Earth Movers. She has served as the culinary head for Thriveni Earth Movers for over 2 decades. Kiruthika and Team are proficient in Industrial Canteen set up for Schools, Hospitals and Companies. Whether it is serving food for hundreds of devotees at the Durga Puja Pandal every year or taking care of elite clients from all over the world, nothing leaves the kitchen without Kiruthika making sure everything hits the mark!

Executive sous chef, culminating his expertise over 20 years in making specialized Chettinad Cuisine, infused BBQ and tandoor breads. Jayakumar has a no-fuss approach to cook authentic home style food, taking the local cuisine to dizzying new heights.

Subramaniam
Chef
With an immense 15 years experience and catering to all tastes and budgets, Subramaniam sticks to the traditional path, cooking fabulous South Indian home style food. Never ceases to amaze customers with his cuisine be it parties, weddings, or events, while keeping a tab on budget. HACCP certified professional who prides quality as a prime factor in his art.

Executive Chef for Hermit Bakers & Caterer, a foodist mastering bakery and confectionery over 10 years, serving cruise ships and star hotels with his delicacies. Known for his flair of plating and constantly evolving new recipes. He handles menu creation, kitchen layout designs and work force planning. In short a perfect all rounder in honing new recipes.

A submissively soft spoken and Professional chef, with a career spanning over 10 years spent across the sphere including Europe, masters in Italian, Mexican and French cuisines. His signature style of making pastries and cookies, brings in the respect of the customers who come through our doors.

Food and Beverage Manager for Hermit, naturally influences customers and gains newfound respect with his work style. Oversees guest handling, feed backs, training and development for F&B service waiters. Culminates the sense of urgency and pro-activeness among the customer facing team and helps them in honing their skills.
